COOKING CLASS

Enjoy hands-on cooking with our experienced chef, learn about the Cambodian taste, culture, and gain insight into local ingredients. Takeaway after class, you will get some secrets of Khmer cuisine creation techniques from our chefs.

Morning Class

  • Duration: from 08:30am – 12:00pm
  • Venue: Pou Restaurant and Bar
  • Minimum number of participants required: 2 persons
  • Charge: USD30net per person

Inclusive of:

  • Cooking hat and apron
  • Certificate for every participant
  • Recipe Card
  • Soft drinks

Menu:

  • Starter (prefer select on menu)
  • Main Course (prefer select on menu)
  • Dessert (prefer select on menu)
  • Seamed Coconut Turmeric rice

Program:

+ 08:30 the participants will be picked up at the hotel discuss with the chef the program.

+ 08:45 Chef will guide you to Local Market, to select the ingredients for cooking and understanding the Khmer local market, tasting some of the street food and dessert.

+ 09:50 Arrival back in the POU Restaurant where refreshing drinks and cold towels are waiting for you.

+ 10:00 Chef will provide the instruction and explains the ingredients used for cooking; including a demonstration of the dishes that you will prepare.

+ 10:20 Time to put your hands on cooking: each participant has his/her own table and stove. Assisted by our chef, you will learn and experience the culinary technique of Khmer Cuisine including starter, main course and dessert.

+ 11.30 Lunch time: Now you can taste and enjoy your own culinary discovery.

+ 12.00 Transfer to your hotel

Afternoon Class

  • Duration: from 14:30pm – 6:00pm
  • Venue: Pou Restaurant and Bar
  • Minimum number of participants required: 2 persons
